Chad Strickland has a passion for making all his clients’ lives better by serving them and simplifying their home journey. Chad has 27 years of construction experience, with 23 years as a home inspector, so he has seen it all. Chad’s engineering degree gives him a vast knowledge base of all types of systems in your home. His drive is to run a team that is an all-in-one inspection resource.
Chad has a beautiful wife and five great kids. He loves to be outdoors, boating, hiking, and going to the beach. Chad also loves to give back to his community through Make-A-Wish, Game Changers, and his church.
Inspector/Owner
Paul Marriner is a certified and licensed home inspector with many years of diverse experience in residential building systems. He enjoys the diversity and challenges presented by the multifaceted scope of residential and commercial inspections.
Paul is an FFA-licensed drone pilot, has his SC 7A pesticide applicator license, and is an IAC2-certified mold inspector for indoor air quality. His HVAC and construction background bring knowledge and clarity to the property inspection process. In his free time, Paul enjoys playing guitar, eating out with friends, and listening to live music.
Professional Engineer
Jim Beach is a licensed Professional Engineer in South Carolina and Florida. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida. He supervises all our inspectors doing commercial inspections. Jim has over 25 years of experience in road maintenance while serving in various roles with South Carolina DOT, Florida DOT, and the private sector. He has been married to his lovely wife, Gina, for over forty years. They have two daughters, one son, and four grandchildren. They like to spend their time traveling and spoiling the grands.
